What does it cost?

Two packages on the LCM Offroad Dune. Bivak is plain and plenty: the tent, the mattress and a ladder underneath. You bring your own gear. With Zorgeloos reizen everything is ready and waiting, from the made-up bed to the stove. All you do is the shopping.

Look at that second row. For € 85 more than a weekend you get four extra nights, and the price per night drops from 70 to 42 euro. We would rather rent out by the week, and you can see that in the price.

We fit the tent to your car, both on collection and on return, and the final cleaning is included. Collection in Hoogwoud, North Holland, the Netherlands. Minimum rental period is three nights. Roof bars, a cargo bar, a cool box and other extras you tick above; the prices are listed with the extras and conditions.

What is in Bivak?

• The Dune with mattress, ladder and storage bags
• Fitting to your car on collection and removal on return. We do that, because 60.5 kilos is not something you lift onto your roof alone
• A full explanation and a short demonstration, so you are not puzzling it out on the first evening
• Levelling blocks. If your car sits at an angle, so do you
• The final cleaning and drying. That work is always there, so we do not charge it afterwards as a penalty but simply include it up front

Not included: roof bars and your own bedding and camping gear.

What is in Zorgeloos reizen?

Everything from Bivak, plus a complete kit for two people in one crate with an inventory list on the lid.

• Bed made up: mattress topper, freshly washed fitted sheet, two pillows with clean cases, a duvet and a fleece blanket for the cold evening
• Sitting and eating: our aluminium camping table with two camping chairs and a set of four camping lanterns
• Cooking: two-burner stove with a full gas canister, pan set, crockery and cutlery for two, chopping board, knife and kitchen utensils
• Clearing up: washing-up bowl, washing-up liquid, brush, two tea towels, a 10 litre jerrycan and bin bags

You bring clothes, food and a good mood. The bedding goes in our wash after every rental.

How does it work?

1. Book above. Choose your package, your period and your collection day, tick your extras and pay a 25% deposit. That amount simply comes off when you collect
2. We confirm within one working day. We check your registration and let you know whether the dates are free and what fits on your roof
3. Come and collect in Hoogwoud, Gouwe 15, by appointment. We fit the tent to your car and walk through the checklist with you. You settle the rest of the rental sum, the extras and the € 500 deposit. Bring your ID
4. Drive. On your return we take it off again and you get your deposit back

Rent first, buy later

Like it and buy your own tent from us afterwards? Then a substantial part of the rent you paid comes off the purchase price. That way your trial trip costs you next to nothing, and you never buy a pig in a poke.

The small print

In short: € 500 deposit on collection, free cancellation up to 30 days ahead, and the tent is not insured through us during the rental period. You arrange that yourself.
