Returns and exchanges
Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery: new, unused and in the original packaging.
How it works
Message or email us that you'd like to return an item. For a rooftop tent we arrange transport together — that's not something you just drop in the post. The refund follows shortly after we've received and checked the product.
Exchanging
Prefer to exchange for a different model or colour? That's fine, as long as the product is unused. Message us and we'll sort it out together.
Cooling-off period
By law you have 14 days after receipt to cancel the purchase, without giving a reason. We give you 30 days for that.
